Problem Started
1. Client was not able to effectively track the PCR test team as there reporting system via call was not reliable
2. Real Time allocation and redirection of PCR team was difficult as it was managed over the phone call

Solution
1. We build a cross platform mobile application where PCR team member can allocate or patient for PCR test
2. In addition to that once a patient is registered based on the patient’s location and the current PCR team location the patient will be allocated to a PCR team automatically.
3. Managers also has an option to allocate/reallocate a patient to a PCR team
4. Managers can also view the current location and previous location of the PCR Team.
5. Once PCR team has taken PCR test then the team can update the status in the mobile application which can be seen by the manager in real time.
6. PCR team can also update the amount collected and they can also enter their daily expense and finally provide the total amount to the manager.
